Shannon West Homeless Youth Center

HELP of Southern Nevada’s Shannon West Homeless Youth Center is a 166-bed shelter for at-risk youth that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The Center helps residents become self-sufficient by offering training to further their education, employment, social and life skills.

Founded in 1970, the Las Vegas Rescue Mission (LVRM) started with a small storefront building that included the chapel, kitchen and a shelter that could house a few men. Today, LVRM campus takes up two city blocks in downtown Las Vegas, helping hundreds of men, women and their children daily, and provides approximately 30,000 meals each month.

The CARE Complex project is dedicated to the elimination of homelessness in Downtown Las Vegas. Located in the heart of the Corridor of Hope at 200 Foremaster Lane.

Through the devout efforts of CARE and the Las Vegas community, we strive for our clients to obtain self-reliance and full assimilation back into society.
